We are now seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a foundation in sales while contributing directly to our company’s growth and success.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • A Sales Development Representative should have a high school diploma.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or related education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with high-volume phone and email outreach
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed targets
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • All Brain Power Software team members are required to have empathetic English language communication in all forms, including written on a computer, verbal in person, verbal over the phone, and interactive on video and screenshare.
  • All Brain Power Software team members are required to complete an onboarding workflow that includes background checks, drug screening, and information security awareness training.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the top of our sales funnel by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality prospects.
  • You will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, creating meaningful connections that translate into sales opportunities for our Sales Team.
  • Your primary focus will be generating qualified leads through strategic outbound prospecting.
  • You will be our Founding Sales Development Representative and will be expected to provide front-line input and feedback to our management team.
  • You will develop long-lasting, trusted, meaningful professional relationships with our future customer base of experienced human resources and finance professionals from a variety of industries.
  • Follow and improve sales processes, documentation, and examples.
