You’ll be the first point of contact for restaurant owners and decision-makers, opening doors for our field sales team while working remotely with a flexible schedule. This position offers the perfect blend of sales expertise and relationship building, as you’ll connect with diverse restaurant owners across New York’s most dynamic food scenes. You’ll work alongside experienced field representatives, using modern sales tools and proven scripts to drive business growth while maintaining the flexibility of remote work. Responsibilities Connect with restaurant owners and decision-makers across NYC’s five boroughs through strategic outbound calling campaigns Research and identify promising new restaurant opportunities using provided resources and self-directed research Schedule and manage qualified meetings for our field sales team using modern calendar management tools Maintain detailed records and activity logs in Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless team collaboration Transform leads from field representatives into scheduled appointments Execute proven scripts and handle common objections with confidence Contribute to the team’s success by maintaining high-quality data and contact information Manage an organized calendar of appointments while coordinating with field representatives Requirements Proven success in appointment setting or SDR roles Demonstrated track record of selling to US market customers Excellence in phone communication with a professional and engaging manner Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales tools Ability to naturally incorporate scripts while maintaining authentic conversations Proven experience in handling sales objections and maintaining positive customer interactions Professional home office setup with reliable internet connection Excellent communication skills in English Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
