ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CameraMatics, on a daily basis, you will be responsible for sourcing pipeline for our UK business, generating opportunities via outbound outreach.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
· Work directly with Business Development to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to prospects via phone, emails and LinkedIn and book meetings for the BDM Team.
· Partner with Management across functions to help build and shape CameraMatics European business.
· Become a product expert and learn the CameraMatics way of selling.
· Keep detailed records of interactions with accounts in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
· Experience in sales, with 12 months experience in a lead gen sales role minimum
· Experience in volume cold calling prospects (outbound lead generation) +70 calls per day
· Highly motivated and committed, with strong desire to work in target driven sales.
· Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
· Curious and able to ask insightful questions.
· Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
· A champion of a Growth Mindset
· Highly Proficient in English
