What You Will DoAs an Account Executive, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales lifecycle; from strategic cold outreach to consultative closing and long-term account growth. Working in-office from our Helsinki location, you will collaborate with and earn mentorship from ex-MBB consultants and experienced sales professionals with deep advisory and consulting backgrounds.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the complete sales process from initial outbound engagement and discovery to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Outbound & Cold Prospecting: Conduct targeted research and proactive outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to identify, engage, and secure high-value enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Account Expansion: Build on existing client relationships and delivered projects, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue over time.
Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discovery conversations to uncover core client pain points, presenting high-value consulting solutions to Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
Pipeline Management: Maintain structured pipeline tracking and data standards using modern sales tooling (Salesforce/HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

What We Are Looking For3+ years of experience in B2B full-cycle sales with direct closing responsibility; Service sales experience is an advantage.
Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, cold prospecting, and acquiring new logo accounts.
Executive presence with the confidence to negotiate and build relationships with C-level stakeholders at large enterprise organizations.
Fluent English communication skills
In-office commitment to work collaborative hours out of our Helsinki office alongside our consulting and leadership teams.
