Description Job Overview We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) team. This job plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient customer interactions throughout the IT asset disposition process. They act as a bridge between the company and its clients, providing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to asset disposition. An ITAD Client Services Coordinator must be knowledgeable about ITAD processes, data security, and environmental regulations. They should also possess excellent communication and problem- solving skills to effectively assist clients throughout the asset disposition lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinate meetings and consultations for a team of Account Managers and log activities in CRM Learn quickly and be ready to start contacting new prospects within 10 days of the start date Become an expert at using lead generation tools to create targeted, accurate prospecting lists Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and intelligence to speak knowledgeably with executive decision makers Exceed quota for qualified appointments within the first 90 days Work autonomously with little direction Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Have a strong personal commitment to excellence and drive to succeed Appreciate being a part of something bigger than oneself Requirements Four-year degree from an accredited university, ideally in Business, Sales, or Marketing 1-3 years of experience in a professional setting Any technology sales experience is a plus
