We use Mechanical Physical Therapy concepts (MDT), Regenerative Therapy, and Pilates-based services to empower people through movement. Our goal is to help clients feel confident in their bodies and eager to try new things!
We are also completely cash-based and do not contract with insurance companies. SKILLS THIS POSITION REQUIRES:

  • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital software.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least one year’s experience in a successful inside sales role, preferably setting appointments in a business-to-consumer environment (e.g., fitness, high-end medical services, etc.).
  • Highly detail-oriented and appreciates an organized, systematic approach to achieving success.

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage and nurture leads – Follow up on all incoming leads through calls, emails, and text messages, using our proven follow-up process to move them toward booking an appointment.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments – Ensure at least 30-40 qualified appointments per month show up for their sessions.
  • Manage and update CRM records – Keep all client information organized and up-to-date to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day – Follow up on new leads, nurture warm prospects, and engage with past inquiries.
  • Assist with reschedules and cancellations – Proactively handle requests to keep schedules full and reduce no-shows.
  • Support marketing campaigns – Help execute outreach efforts, follow up on promotions, and engage with leads from events and webinars.
  • Develop sales skills and product knowledge – Participate in ongoing training, understand all service offerings, and refine your ability to guide clients through our process.
  • Assist at virtual and live events – Provide customer service, manage inquiries, and support event execution.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing team – Learn all products, pricing, and promotions to assist in closing sales. This includes sponsorship projects, webinars, speaking engagements, and more.
