THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your role is to identify, qualify, and generate leads to build a strong pipeline for our Business Development Managers (BDMs). You’ll be engaging with main contractors in the construction industry through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound lead follow-ups.
This is a 100% new business-focused role, requiring resilience, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to book discovery calls and arrange demos, which will be handled by a BDM or senior team member.
