POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Development Representative at CoDev, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives. This role combines a cutting-edge tech stack, proactive outreach strategies, and regular coaching to set you up for success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year(s) of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred (but not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
  • Experience with outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, or Outreach.io) is a bonus.
  • Can work on a night shift.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outbound tools.
  • Outreach: Craft and deliver personalized, high-quality messaging via email, phone, and social media to initiate contact and build interest.
  • Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, qualify them against our ideal customer profile, and determine if there’s a mutual fit.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Secure appointments for Account Executives with qualified prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to share insights and improve messaging, processes, and lead generation strategies.
  • Weekly Updates & Coaching: Participate in regular check-ins to track progress, receive coaching, and refine outreach approaches.
