Job Summary We’re seeking a driven and articulate B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outreach and lead-generation efforts targeting senior corporate executives. You will play a key role in initiating new relationships with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and fueling the company’s growth through proactive communication and consistent follow-up. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to target companies across North America. Engage senior-level decision-makers (e.g., CFOs, COOs, and Heads of Real Estate) to introduce the firm’s services. Schedule qualified meetings (calls, video conferences, or in-person) for the sales team. Manage outreach activity using Salesforce, Outlook, and related tools to track engagement and performance. Meet and exceed KPIs, including the number of daily outreaches and meetings arranged. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken). Confident phone presence Prior experience in B2B phone-based sales or appointment setting. Ability to conduct high volume outbound calls if needed Proven ability to inspire and persuade sophisticated, senior corporate executives. Experience using Salesforce.com, Outlook, and Microsoft Word. Persistence, positivity, and a strong sense of accountability. Nice to Haves Outgoing, energetic personality.
