Description
Description We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You will be an integral part of the sales process, driving top-of-funnel pipeline generation, setting high quality meetings, and supporting the first call with our Account Directors. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and commonFont’s Account Directors to generate a strong sales pipeline, identify and qualify leads, and drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Strategic Prospecting & Pipeline Ownership: Build a high-quality, top-of-funnel pipeline of qualified meetings for the sales team. Identify and qualify potential clients through outreach, networking, and industry events. Work with Marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns focused on sourcing and qualifying new opportunities and setting appointments for Account Directors. Sales Activities: Own contact data and leads in our systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate, consistent, and effective outreach. Execute structured outbound sequences (calls, emails, social outreach) and respond to inbound inquiries to qualify prospects. Schedule and confirm qualifications are met to advance prospects to an introductory call with the Account Directors. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team on targeted campaigns and account-based marketing efforts to generate new leads. Provide feedback on messaging, campaigns, and lead quality to improve performance. Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or related client-facing roles. Demonstrated achievement of activity and pipeline goals in previous roles. Genuine interest in understanding clients' needs and how our services and solutions can address them. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, focused on building relationships, trust, and rapport with clients and partners. Strong desire to learn and develop sales skills and strategies, with the desire to grow into more senior sales roles. Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment (calls, emails, meetings booked, opportunities created) using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. Resilient, persistent, optimistic, and motivated to build. Knowledge of the Experience Management (XM) industry is a plus.
