Responsibilities
  • Outbound Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads through various tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, TechTarget, etc.) and conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in conversation, assess their needs, and qualify them against our ideal customer profile before passing them on to senior sales representatives (RSM).
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings or product demos for RSMs, ensuring high-quality interactions that increase conversion potential.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with RSM and Marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and market insights, ensuring department alignment.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM software (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.) to track all prospecting activities, maintain accurate records, and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and buyer personas, applying this knowledge to sharpen your outreach and messaging strategies.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including calls, emails, meetings booked, and pipeline creation.
