Description
The role: We’re building a world-class sales team and are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Bangalore to support our US-based Account Executives. This role is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging potential customers for Coram AI’s cloud video security platform. Responsibilities: Work closely with the US sales team to build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) into target accounts across multiple industries Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally to schedule qualified meetings Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach to their business needs Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline data in our CRM Collaborate with US-based Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads Consistently hit or exceed daily/weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked) Skills and Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or customer-facing role (SaaS/technology experience preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Grit, resilience, and a competitive drive to exceed targets Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex technology solutions Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/engagement tools is a plus Ability to work night shift (US hours) Ability to work in an onsite environment - we move quicker when we're in the same room What we offer: 💰 Competitive compensation 🤝 Equity in a rapidly growing company ⚕️ 100% company-paid private dental and vision insurance 🏆 Referral bonuses 💻 The latest Apple tech and unlimited tools so you can win About us: We're on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting-edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real-world security and operations.
