  • You are proficient with technology; as well as possessing a technical aptitude and ability to successfully demonstrate and convey the value proposition behind NinjaOne’s IT management software
  • You are able to multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Bonus Skills include experience with Salesforce (or other CRM), SalesLoft, and other sales tools; as well as experience specifically working in or with, or selling, to IT departments, Resellers, MSPs, and Director/C-Level IT executives.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our team in Sydney. As a SDR on our customer base / install base team, you will connect with and educate clients, as well as qualify leads, throughout the APAC region. The ideal candidate is excited to be on the phone and excels at building relationships with our existing customers. NinjaOne is a fast-paced company looking for candidates that can help us continue to grow our successful business.
Location - Sydney, NSW (North Sydney) - Hybrid, in office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday plus additional days as required

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Work with a pre-defined group of our largest and most important customers; establish connections with partners ranging from support agents to CxOs
  • Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections
  • Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
  • Bring enthusiasm and energy to work
  • Other duties as needed
