In Germany, we have already won the trust of key ICP customers and now we are accelerating hard. Now we're hiring our first SDRs to accelerate our pipeline and outbound motion. The Role As one of Intric's first SDRs in Germany, you'll turn sharp research and purposeful outreach into real pipeline, opening the right doors, surfacing the right problems, and setting up conversations that change how Germany's most critical institutions think about AI. You'll help define how Intric sells in this market: the voice, the sequences, the playbook. You'll shape how we prospect, what messaging lands, and how the outbound motion gets built. If you want to hunt the deals that will change how Europe's most important organisations work, this is your room. What you'll do Own outbound prospecting. Build and run targeted multichannel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone to start the right conversations with German enterprise and government accounts. Qualify opportunities. Run structured discovery using our ICP framework to assess fit and move the right deals forward. Nurture leads. Follow up with clear value and a concrete next step, working closely with marketing to keep momentum going. Keep the pipeline clean. Log activity and notes accurately and consistently. Surface market insight. Share what you hear from prospects so we can sharpen our messaging and targeting over time. Support events and campaigns. Engage leads before and after to turn events into real pipeline, not just conversations that go nowhere. What you bring A track record of hitting targets, whether that's in a B2B SaaS SDR role, another sales environment, or something else entirely that proves you can execute under pressure. Crisp, value-led communication, both written and verbal. Your outreach gets replies because it respects the reader's time. Strong discovery and qualification instincts, with the confidence to handle objections and keep a conversation moving. The ability to research accounts thoroughly and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments without getting lost. Process discipline and genuine organisation. You manage your own pipeline and don't need to be chased. Comfort with modern GTM tools like Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and Clay, or the eagerness to get up to speed fast. Native-level German plus strong English. Other European languages are a strong bonus. Real curiosity about AI and why it matters for the institutions that run society.
