Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers. Your mission includes:

  • Strategic Outreach: Utilize existing and identify new Mentimeter leads to connect with companies through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Learn about the challenges of potential customers and discover how Mentimeter can provide the solutions they need.
  • Generating Sales Opportunities: Conduct user interviews with Product Qualified Accounts to better understand user challenges and schedule high-quality meetings for Sales Executives.
  • Collaboration with Account Executives & Relationship Managers: Focus on developing qualified leads and pass on new opportunities to the Account Executive and Relationship Management team.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in SaaS sales and learn how to guide customers from the first interaction to a long-term partnership. Successful SDRs will have the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive role!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • High-volume outbound activities to acquire and qualify new customers through emails, meetings, and other channels.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to design and implement effective customer acquisition strategies.
  • Plan and schedule online product demonstrations while ensuring you meet your monthly goals.
  • Deeply understand customer needs using sales methodologies like SPICED.
