Company As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for making autarc visible in the market, winning over new customers, and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships. Location: Berlin or London You cultivate and develop relationships with B2B customers such as heating contractors and solar installers by proactively reaching out, sparking interest, and generating appointments for product demos. You leverage multiple channels for new customer acquisition, with a clear focus on outbound calls, trade show activities, and a presence on platforms like LinkedIn. You guide prospects through clear and compelling software demos, identify their needs, and show how autarc can simplify their day-to-day work. You identify new market opportunities, projects, and partnerships, contributing directly to autarc's growth. You actively monitor industries and competitors to better understand market needs and further strengthen our offering. You work closely with our product and expansion team to feed customer feedback directly into the ongoing development of the software. Requirements You have a passion for software sales and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are a strong communicator, able to win people over and confidently guide stakeholders through conversations. About us Right now, 25% of CO2 emissions in Europe are caused by heating our buildings. In order for this to be reduced, the transition towards renewable energy needs to be simplified and made more accessible. There are too few installers to meet the growing demand for heat pumps, and a solution to match this trend needs to be brought to the market. autarc is developing the leading operating system (OS) for heat pump installers, enabling a more digital and efficient installation process for heat pumps. Through this, autarc is reducing the hurdles to decarbonizing single-family homes and small apartment buildings in Europe, with the goal to help with the planning and designing of 1 million heat pumps by 2030.
