JOB PURPOSE
To combine sales, marketing and account management in a truly innovative and proactive way to enable to business growth and great client management. They act as a ‘Finder’ before passing to our consultants who are the ‘Closers’. They reach out to potential leads or promptly follow up with those who have inquired about our company and offerings. The role of an SDR actively listens and provides creative, appropriate solutions to prospects. They seek to understand the prospect’s business model so that they can analyse if our service is a good fit and educate leads on how our solution can help solve and improve their business.
In this stage, the candidate will meet with the SDR Manager & a Consultant to discuss the specifics of the role. They will delve into your experience and how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position. This will be a 30-minute teams’ call.
