Responsibilities
  • Cold Calling & Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying new customer accounts, making calls to introduce our products and services, and closing the first sale.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Following up with customers post-purchase to qualify their needs, build rapport, and solidify long-term business relationships.
  • Pipeline Management: Reviewing our CRM system to identify new opportunities, follow-up on leads, and keep your sales funnel full.
  • Sales Strategy: Utilizing a multi-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person) to connect with key decision-makers and close deals.
