ROLE SUMMARY
As a Sales Development Representative - Enterprise at Eque2, you will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-value enterprise prospects. Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams, you’ll help generate new business opportunities and engage senior decision-makers within the construction and ERP software sectors.
This role is within our Enterprise Division where our solutions are built within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and provides a great opportunity for you to build a career in enterprise software sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect and Generate Leads – Research and identify potential enterprise accounts through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting techniques.
Qualify Opportunities – Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their business needs, challenges, and interest in Eque2 solutions.
CRM Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to track prospect interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration with Marketing – Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging, target ideal customer profiles, and optimize lead-generation efforts.
Stay Informed – Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Eque2’s evolving product suite to effectively communicate value to prospects.
Hit and Exceed Targets – Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call volume, talk time, meetings booked, and sales pipeline contribution.
