Job Description We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Enterprise Sales team. This role will be focused on supporting our existing Strategic Account Executives and will allow for opportunity for growth. It’s a great opportunity to step into a career in sales. On a day- to-day basis, you will: Focus on setting meetings for the Wix Enterprise sales team with large logo businesses Manage outbound lead flows for the Wix Enterprise Team. Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities Collaborate with and learn from account executives, product development and marketing teams to develop and qualify new target accounts, build call strategies, and improve messaging Engage with prospects by phone, email, and social by following a consistent and repeatable top of funnel sales process Keep up with Wix Enterprise product knowledge and industry changes to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects Work to meet defined metric goals surrounding calls, emails and set meetings Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: You are an aspiring sales professional with at least 1 year of experience in a corporate setting specifically in the BDR or SDR role with outbound focus You have strong written and verbal communication skills You have a hunter's mentality and are confident you will meet business goals and KPIs You understand the value of quality over quantity Strong attention to detail and highly organized Preferred Qualifications: A basic understanding of the Wix product and SaaS industry Experience using a CRM, specifically Salesforce Additional Information Wix Enterprise - is a Wix solution that offers powerful online solutions, built to meet the needs of large-scale businesses. Specifically to build, manage, and optimize multiple sites at scale. At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our office in NYC. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week Approximate base compensation $70,000 - 80,000. In addition to the base pay, this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location, shift, and/or candidate experience.
