  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (experience with Hubspot is a plus) and Microsoft 365 preferable
  • Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to review legislation, regulatory requirements, and guidance

Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is critical in identifying and qualifying potential opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales efforts, and fostering strong relationships with developers and their consultants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for targeting developers across England who require Biodiversity Units for their planning applications. They will also manage inbound inquiries, ensuring they are effectively qualified and directed to the appropriate channels. The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who can create and execute strategic outreach campaigns while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to support company objectives.
Additionally, the BDM will support CRM data management, ensure timely response to client inquiries, and contribute to promotional activities such as events and webinars. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the planning system, outbound sales experience, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
