Mission Integral was founded in October 2024 and a fast-growing startup in Germany. Integral offers the platform for modern tax consulting for startups and SMEs. Accounting, payroll and tax consulting are handled reliably by experts: completely, on time, and with a personal contact person. Like online banking, but for taxes. We're looking for an SDR to help us turn a real demand wave into qualified leads, while building Integral's outbound engine across two ICPs: high-velocity SMEs and Kanzleien. You'll work the front line of inbound coming through our strategic partnerships, run targeted outbound, and partner closely with our GTM Lead and AEs to sharpen how we land in market. This role means real ownership, room to shape how we qualify inbound & win at outbound, and a clear path to grow as we scale. Was dich bewegt Your Tasks What makes your job special Your focus Core responsibilities Convert inbound demand from our strategic Qonto partnership into qualified meetings through fast, sharp discovery Drive personalized, high-quality outbound by identifying and qualifying founders, CFOs, finance leads, and Kanzlei partners that fit our ICPs Experiment and validate new tactics across different channels to win new qualified leads, from cold-calling to in-person activations Use AI-powered tech stack to augment your work and crush quotas Collaborate closely with our GTM and Product teams to refine targeting, messaging, and positioning Contribute to the development of GTM playbooks as the SDR function scales Preferred Experience Technical skills What we avoid Soft skills Your profile 1 - 2 years SDR/BDR experience, high-velocity motion targeting SMEs with accounting, payroll or tax services Bias to set ambitious targets and not stop until you hit them Proven track record crushing quota You already use AI tech stack every day A natural on the phone who genuinely enjoys cold calling and sees every dial as an opportunity Highly coachable and open to feedback, treating every conversation as a data point Dedicated to learn the full sales cycle and continuously grow German (C1 or higher), English (B1 or higher) What makes you special Previously founded a company Mastered AI-first outbound sales tools and bring experience with you on Day 1 Experience with B2B SME, accounting, payroll, or tax industries Prior experience in a fast-growing company (late seed to series B) The process We move fast.
