Responsibilities
  • Prospect and research potential customers through calls, email, and social channels
  • Qualify leads against defined criteria to ensure a strong fit
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to support the sales team
  • Schedule meetings and calls between qualified leads and Customer Service Representatives (as assigned by the Business Operations Manager)
  • Establish rapport with potential customers and maintain communication during the early stages of the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach and improve lead generation strategies
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings to clearly communicate value
