Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote
Position Type: P/T (Tues, Wed, Thurs, 8-hour workday, 24 hours/week)
Hourly Wage: $24/Hr plus partial commissions

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in helping Forge Attachments build its customer base. As a startup, we are in the early stages of developing our market presence. The SDR is responsible for outbound cold calling, prospecting, and identifying potential customers. Once a qualified lead is identified, the SDR will pass it to the Product Specialist for follow-up and conversion. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, comfortable with cold outreach, and motivated to build relationships from the ground up.

Responsibilities

EXPECTATIONS OF THE ROLE

  • Minimum 35 prospecting phone calls per day.
  • 6 new potential leads/deals added in Zoho CRM per week.
  • 40 verified/legitimate customer accounts added to CRM every week.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $24.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 24 per week
