We’re looking for a driven and multilingual Sales Development Representative to join our growing team at Belkins. This role goes beyond booking meetings - it’s about building strong connections, opening new opportunities, and playing a key role in our team’s expanding functionality.
High proficiency in both German and English is essential, as you’ll be working on projects that require direct communication with German-speaking prospects while collaborating closely with international teammates and clients.
This is a fully remote position, and we are open to considering candidates from various locations, preferably within the European time zone, with the ability to overlap some working hours to collaborate with our US clients.

Responsibilities
  • Engage prospects across channels – Use email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to spark conversations and convert leads into qualified appointments.
  • Own outbound outreach – Develop and execute cold-calling strategies across different industries and client profiles.
  • Tailor your messaging – Adjust your communication style to match varied audiences and markets.
  • Manage objections confidently – Build trust through thoughtful follow-ups and initial conversations that guide prospects along the sales funnel.
  • Track and refine performance – Analyse campaign data weekly and monthly, identify trends, and optimise your approach accordingly.
  • Leverage smart tools – Work with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Reply, Zoho, and others to manage outreach efficiently.
  • Collaborate globally: Participate in calls with clients from Europe and the US.
  • Stay ahead of the game: Keep up with outreach trends, experiment with new approaches, and continuously level up your skills.
