YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative to help us solidify our position and drive growth in the DACH region. You’ll play a critical role in building our outbound engine by identifying the right leads, engaging decision-makers, and booking meetings that drive our mission forward. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about tech, sustainability, and wants to make a tangible difference in the hospitality space.

SKILLS

  • 1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality/F&B services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
  • Organized, self-driven, and resilient
  • Experience with CRM tools preferred HubSpot,
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English (a third language is a plus)
  • Location: Ideally based in Germany
  • Bonus: Familiarity with hospitality or sustainability industries
  • Bonus: Experience in sales in the hospitality industry
