Description

Hexafusion Canada Inc. is seeking a high-energy, target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and set meetings for our Growth Team. This role requires daily outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach to business owners, IT managers, and executives across Canada and the U.S.
The SDR is the first point of contact for many of our prospects and plays a critical role in building a healthy sales pipeline for our AI-powered IT services, cybersecurity solutions, and automation products.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach (80–100+ activities per day).
  • Use HubSpot CRM to log all activity, update pipeline stages, and track prospect engagement.
  • Use Apollo.io for prospecting, lead enrichment, sequencing, and email campaigns.
  • Research, identify, and qualify target businesses across IT, healthcare, finance, and professional services.
  • Initiate conversations with decision-makers (business owners, IT managers, executives).
  • Deliver a strong initial pitch for Hexafusion’s IT support, AI chatbot, and voice automation services.
  • Set qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with active campaigns.
  • Participate in weekly sales huddles and performance reviews.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for meetings booked and leads generated.
