GENERAL DESCRIPTION: In this position, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads for our inside and outside sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify and connect with prospects to generate new business opportunities * Contact and qualify potential customers via various communication channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, video conferencing etc.) * Foster leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments and visits for the outside and/or inside sales teams * Follow-up with leads as determined by the team leader * Track all activity leading up to meeting * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching targets * Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and track sales activities * Report on sales activities and results to team lead REQUIREMENTS: * Successful candidates will have a college degree, or previous experience in Sales Development roles * Computer literacy skills with Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus * Effective communication, organizational and time management skills * Ability and willingness to follow instructions and directions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Articulate and fluent in the English language * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong understanding of the rules of composition and grammar BENEFITS: * Competitive base salary with ongoing growth opportunities * Complete benefits package: * co. paid HSA medical * co. paid dental * co. paid life * long term disability insurance * 3% safe harbor retirement company contribution * 20 Paid Time Off days per year, plus 9 holidays * Subsidized lunch on-site #INDSJ
