We help B2B companies in manufacturing and wholesale streamline their operations and boost their business. We mostly work with medium to large companies, and now we’re on the lookout for a passionate colleague to help us make a splash in the Dutch market.

Responsibilities

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As an SDR, your daily work will involve proactive sales activities, where your primary goal is to identify and book quality meetings with potential customers. You will do this through various channels:

  • Phone: Follow up on leads from webinars, conferences, or previous dialogues, as well as cold calling.
  • LinkedIn: Use the platform for cold outreach and create a soft entry into dialogue.
  • Email: Follow up on marketing campaigns, leads, or conversations from LinkedIn.

You will play an important role in creating the first contact point with potential customers. You will be measured on KPIs such as number of contact moments, number of booked meetings and number of generated opportunities/deals.

  • Speak Dutch fluently.
  • Are goal-oriented and motivated: You are passionate about communication and sales and always strive to develop yourself.
  • Are persistent: You see a “no” as an opportunity to learn and are not discouraged by setbacks.
  • Are structured: You can maintain an overview and work efficiently with multiple channels and leads simultaneously.
  • Have an interest in B2B sales: Experience with B2B sales or knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot is an advantage, but not a requirement – your motivation is the most important.
