About the Role: As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming sales inquiries, nurturing warm leads, and setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives for the India market. Your primary focus will be on engaging with prospects who have shown interest in our products through various marketing channels. What will you do: -Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify incoming leads based on specific criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for our solutions. - Prospect Engagement: Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and chat systems to understand their needs and interests. - Meeting Setup: Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads for Account Executives. - CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to track, manage, and update lead data. - Sales Strategy: Continuously refine and improve the lead generation playbook by identifying best practices. What are we looking for? - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the B2B SaaS or MarTech space. - Proven success in inbound lead qualification, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Strong articulation, objection handling and acumen to hold conversations with CXO, VP, Director and Manager profiles. - Ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients remotely and in-person. - Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools and MarTech platforms.
