Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a remote-first team driving growth in the IT solutions sector. This role is perfect for candidates who understand B2B SaaS, managed services, or cybersecurity sales, and are passionate about outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation. Key Responsibilities Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns targeting IT decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Managers). Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles. Maintain accurate CRM hygiene in HubSpot or Salesforce. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities. Personalise outreach using account-based strategies and industry research. Report activity metrics and optimise conversion rates through data-driven insights. 2–4 years of B2B SDR or Inside Sales experience in the IT or SaaS industry. Proven success in outbound lead generation and meeting-booking performance. Comfortable working with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with IT consulting, cloud services, and managed IT offerings.
