ORCA is scaling up rapidly in 2025 by selling our modular business software into businesses around the UK, EU, GCC and APAC.
To support this growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team and help drive our UK pipeline of new business. We are looking for someone ready to jump on the phone, engage with prospects, and be the driving force behind a successful sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify high-potential prospects across target industries.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outbound calls, send personalised emails, and use LinkedIn messaging to engage with decision-makers and qualify leads.
  • Relationship Building: Warm up relationships with prospects, understand their challenges, and introduce them to ORCA’s industry-leading solutions.
  • Booking Meetings: Secure discovery calls and product demos for the senior Sales team.
  • CRM Management: Keep ORCA’s CRM system (of course, powered by ORCA software!) fully updated with accurate records of interactions, lead status, and pipeline progression.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently hit KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to support campaigns and with Sales Reps to hand over warm leads effectively.
  • Market Insights: Provide feedback on prospect needs, objections, and market trends to help refine ORCA’s messaging and approach.
