We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will work with both potential and existing customers to drive engagement and expand their adoption of JetBrains products. You’ll focus on delivering value, building relationships, and fostering long-term success, helping JetBrains continue to provide go-to solutions for developers everywhere.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with new prospects and existing customers across all JetBrains products via email, social media, telephone, and other channels.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing customers to increase product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Help customers understand the value of JetBrains tools, creating win-win scenarios that align with their business needs and goals.
  • Prioritize high-volume customer accounts, using strong organizational skills to manage competing demands effectively.
  • Leverage empathy and soft skills to build trust and rapport with customers, working to understand their unique challenges and how JetBrains products can help solve them.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and sales teams to create tailored solutions for customers.
  • Provide valuable feedback to internal teams to help refine and improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Participate in events and webinars, representing JetBrains to engage with developers and technical decision-makers.
