Are you an outbound SDR who's consistently hitting quota and ready to take ownership of a booming sector in the UAE?

A fast-growing enterprise software company based in Dubai (30 years in the region's facilities management space) is building out its first-ever dedicated SDR team. Their platform is already deployed across some of the region's biggest organisations in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, and government. You'll be part of a team building the outbound pipeline that takes them further.

• What you'll be doingBuilding and running multi-channel outbound sequences targeting enterprise buyers across the UAE and GCC
• Identifying and researching high-value accounts
• Qualifying leads against the Ideal Customer Profile
• Owning your pipeline data and reporting weekly on activity, conversion, and contribution
• Working toward a monthly booked-meeting target

What we need

• 2+ years in an outbound SDR or BDR role at a B2B SaaS company, ideally enterprise
• Hands-on experience with CRM and prospecting tools
• A proven track record of hitting or exceeding your prospecting quota
• Experience selling into the UAE or GCC market
• Strong English; Arabic is a significant plus
• Based in Dubai and available to work on-site, 5 days per week
