Responsibilities

=== THE ROLE ===

You’ll be the tip of the spear for pipeline growth: researching target accounts, running thoughtful outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn), and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives (AEs). You’ll get clear ICPs, strong messaging, and hands-on coaching—plus a clear path to becoming an AE.

=== WHAT YOU’LL DO ===

  • Prospect daily into multi-location brands in Canada & the U.S.
  • Run structured outbound sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and personalize based on persona & industry.
  • Qualify prospects against ICP and meeting acceptance criteria (decision maker, fit, problem, intent).
  • Book and confirm sales-qualified meetings (SQLs) for AEs; follow through on hand-offs.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene; log activities, next steps, and outcomes.
  • Partner with Marketing on messaging, sequences, and conversion experiments.
  • Share market feedback to improve our pitch, collateral, and product positioning.
