ESSENTIAL SKILLS:



    • Proven experience in sales as an SDR/BDR, preferably within the legal or tech industry

    • Experience with Salesforce, and or HubSpot
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • A self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while managing individual responsibilities
    • Open to feedback and able to adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions

      • Find new leads and discover effective ways to connect with decision makers
      • Book quality demonstrations and exceed targets
      • Ensure that all communications are logged transparently in the company’s CRM
      • As this role is KPI driven, you will hit all your daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
      • You will always keep things professional and use good judgment in every situation
