LIONS Learning is a newly formed division comprised of our in-person academies and accelerators and our brand-new suite of digital courses, and equips our core audiences with the tools to supercharge their careers. We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in London as part of our Sales function. You will join one of our growing LIONS Learning division, selling E-Learning courses. You will be the first port of call for some of our bigger brand and agency clients. You will be supporting the selling of our product into agencies, brands and media owners globally. You will be responsible for all inbound leads, qualifying and booking meetings, owning outbound comms, and lead generation. You will help the team to grow our pipeline and convert business. You will manage independent agencies, from prospecting to closing deals, and account management. You will help to manage our outbound lead generation strategy, and be responsible for ensuring our sales enablement tool is working seamlessly. You will support with partnership management, and work closely with our product, sales operations, and marketing teams. You will collaborate with the team on creating pitch decks, and attending client meetings. Key Responsibilities: Daily lead distribution Nurture leads and qualifying calls for BDMs Research support for pitch decks Support with outbound strategy – list building and prospecting Accurately forecast weekly and monthly Overachieve on set KPI’s to help drive your annual sales target You are an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion Qualifications Your Experience: Experience with CRM systems, preferably a knowledge of Salesforce or Salesloft Demonstrated success in lead generation, and winning new business Success in hitting and exceeding targets Organised with experience in stakeholder management Ability to create good sales decks and write great email copy Additional Information We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face. Responsibilities
