ABOUT YOU AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE:

Our new hires will be motivated individuals who are looking to develop and pursue a career within Sales and Account Management. As a Sales Development Representative, you will join our training academy and learn the skills and techniques of a successful sales professional to build your career from the ground up. With the view to progress to a fully-fledged Account Manager with an OTE of £40,000 to £80,000 per annum within 6-to-12-month period.

• Lead Management: Responsively handle, quote, and close inbound loan enquiries.
• Sales activity: Generate your own loan enquiries from our warm database through the telephone.
• New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to expand Love Finance’s client base and market presence.
• Business, Marketing, and Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective business, marketing, and sales plans in alignment with divisional objectives.
• Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness for Love Finance through professional networking and targeted promotional events within the market.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure all operational and credit criteria are met and implement fraud prevention measures to mitigate operational and credit risk.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all lending and regulatory processes.
