Key Responsibilities as the Sales Development Representative: Leads & Sales Activity Manage, quote, and convert inbound loan enquiries efficiently. Proactively generate new opportunities from our warm database via outbound calling. Identify and nurture new business opportunities to expand our customer base. Business Development & Strategy Support the creation and execution of targeted business, marketing, and sales plans. Increase brand awareness through networking and market-relevant promotional activities. Operational & Compliance Excellence Ensure all operational, credit, and compliance criteria are followed. Apply fraud-prevention and risk-mitigation processes consistently. Performance Expectations Revenue Growth: Achieve targeted fee income and volume metrics. New Business Activity: Maintain high levels of prospecting and lead generation. KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed KPIs set by the Sales Manager. Cross-Selling: Successfully promote the full suite of products. Team Contribution: Play an active role in team meetings and the wider Sales division’s success.
