WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO OFFER?

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, ideally in a SaaS or service-based company
  • Fluency in German and good proficiency in English
  • Proven success in independently following up on leads and driving sales development at various leadership levels
  • Excellent skills in opportunity qualification, objection handling, time management, conversation techniques, and pitching
  • Creative and confident communication abilities, with openness to feedback and continuous development
  • Experience using social-selling tools like Google and LinkedIn for research and outreach
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-energy sales team
  • Positive and energetic presence on the phone, along with proficiency in common business tools
  • Sales training and experience with Salesforce are a plus but not mandatory
Responsibilities
  • Research, qualify, and develop target customers and inbound leads to generate sales-ready opportunities
  • Build new business relationships, understand potential customers’ challenges, and identify valuable solutions
  • Create and hand over new SROs (Sales Ready Opportunities) to the sales team, ensuring smooth information transfer
  • Successfully handle objections through one-on-one phone conversations and by leveraging various social channels (email, business forums, LinkedIn)
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, develop market understanding, improve sales skills, and gain deep knowledge of our products and processes
  • Collaborate closely with the SME sales and marketing teams to build a solid pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Work hand in hand with marketing, understanding the principles of marketing campaigns
  • Gain knowledge of SD Worx’s products and services, unique selling points (USPs), competitors, and product roadmap
