Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, creating opportunities for our sales team, and being a key contributor to our growth. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospects, representing Admetrics with professionalism and enthusiasm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and qualify leads: Reach out to potential prospects through multiple channels (email, phone, social media, events).
  • Engage and nurture leads: Build relationships, understand prospect needs and move them through your outbound funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with Account Executives and our CEO to hand off qualified leads and ensure a seamless prospect experience.
  • Maintain accurate records: Keep CRM systems up-to-date with all prospect interactions, notes, and status updates.
  • Market and competitor insights: Gather feedback from prospects to help improve targeting and messaging to improve the teams success.
