The Role This is a full-time, Toronto-based role for a Mandarin speaker who is a highly motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. This role goes beyond traditional lead qualification; you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by engaging, nurturing, and converting high-intent leads, while also proactively generating new opportunities. You will own the customer pipeline, with clear revenue and conversion targets, and act as the first impression of Crimson for prospective families. Own and convert inbound pipeline: Engage, qualify, and advance warm/hot leads into the sales process Influence revenue outcomes: Consistently meet or exceed conversion and revenue goals tied to pipeline progression and booked consultations Create urgency and value: Clearly articulate Crimson’s impact and guide families toward taking the next step Manage the funnel with precision: Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of leads and pipeline activity in Salesforce Book high-quality consultations: Schedule and position leads for successful conversations with Academic Advisors Drive new lead generation: Identify and pursue new opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, and creative prospecting Deliver a premium sales experience: Build trust quickly and represent Crimson with professionalism and credibility Continuously improve performance: Refine messaging, objection handling, and outreach strategies to increase conversion rates What skills and experience are required? Proficient in English & Mandarin - Spoken/Written Proven ability or strong interest in sales, lead generation, or business development Track record of meeting or exceeding targets, quotas, or KPIs (revenue, conversion, or pipeline) Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade Highly organized with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred) Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Customer-obsessed with the ability to build rapport quickly with families Experience in education, professional services, or high-consideration sales is a plus Why work for Crimson?
