  • £37,200 OTE per annum (£26,000 basic + £11,200 uncapped commission)

    Our client has significant growth plans over the next 4 years and as a result, we are searching for motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their sales team, based in Edinburgh.
    Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must have a permanent and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK as our client cannot offer visa sponsorship.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a telephone or customer-facing position (e.g. office, retail, hospitality)
  • Previous sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for technology/software is highly desired.
  • Confidence, resilience, and self-motivation, with an ability to work independently.
  • Highly ambitious with a desire to develop your career with a fast-growing industry.
  • Strong research skills, allowing you to identify new prospects.
  • Willingness to be trained and guided by experienced sales professionals to achieve success.
  • Experience of working to set targets and KPI’s would be desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Create sales opportunities by scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team by identifying and engaging with prospects via cold telephone, LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Identify new leads and qualify incoming and inbound leads from marketing.
  • Engage with prospects over the telephone, understanding their needs and presenting our client’s products to support their growth plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business, including the Account Executives, to ensure appointments progress effectively through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions on CRM tools (Salesforce & Outreach)
  • Working towards daily and monthly key activity metrics and targets.
  • Engaging in professional development by learning from the Sales Leadership team to gain selling and influencing skills to contribute towards your ongoing success.
