THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • Identified and tested outbound calling and email process
  • Proven strong sales performance - displays a high level of verbal and written communication and service skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Proven strong sales and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with all types of prospective customers.
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines, high number of lead enquiries.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to team environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales team environment.
  • Possess a high level of resilience and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities for Flare by reaching out to potential customers, qualifying them, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.
Overall, the SDR’s role is critical in generating new business for a company and laying the foundation for successful sales interactions.
We are looking for an experienced SDR to hit the ground running with a tried and tested outbound process.
