Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your focus will be cold calling—connecting with prospects, sparking interest, and qualifying leads. You’ll be the first step in growing our business and setting up key meetings for the sales team. If you’re driven, enjoy a challenge, and love the thrill of closing that first connection, we’d love to have you in our growing team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads within target markets and industries. Use various channels – calls, emails, social media.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, building rapport and initiating conversations that highlight the value of our products/services.
  • Handle Objections: Confidently address objections, using active listening and probing questions to understand prospects’ needs.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on established criteria to ensure they’re a good fit for our products and services.
  • Schedule Meetings: Engage with prospects to set up qualified meetings and demos for the sales team, contributing to the growth of our pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining up-to-date lead information in our CRM.
