The Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you step into a telephone sales position designed for the digital era, with all the benefits of working from home. Day to day you will be making a high volume of outbound new business calls, you will qualify leads, and liaise with our digital marketing consultants. Our commission program is uncapped to help you maximise your earning potential, and with clear career progression plans you can look ahead to the future. In addition to a competitive starting salary of £24,000, we offer a dynamic and enjoyable work environment, complemented by a range of exceptional benefits, including a monthly commission scheme.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Are motivated by targets and KPIs and can consistently provide exceptional customer service
  • Can demonstrate experience in sales roles from a home-based setup
  • Showcase proficiency in cold calling.
  • Are goal-driven and determined to succeed
  • Have experience in advertising or digital media sales (advantageous)

  • Who are good communicators across a mix of platforms. (Video calls, email, telephone etc)

Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling – Proactively contact potential clients via phone to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualifying Leads – Identify decision-makers, assess their needs, and determine their suitability for digital marketing services.
  • Lead Nurturing – Follow up with potential clients, providing relevant information and maintaining engagement until they are ready to proceed.
  • Appointment Setting – Arrange meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • CRM Management – Accurately update and maintain lead details, call notes, and follow-up schedules in the company’s CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge – Develop an understanding of the company’s digital marketing services, such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
  • Objection Handling – Confidently address concerns or hesitations from prospects and highlight the benefits of digital marketing solutions.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and company goals.
  • KPI & Target Achievement – Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment generation targets.
