Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls). Identify ideal customer profiles, research leads, and initiate first contact. Execute outreach sequences using CRM and sales engagement tools. Qualification & Discovery Conduct basic discovery calls to understand prospect needs and product fit. Score and qualify leads before handing them over to Account Executives. Maintain high conversion rates from MQL → SQL. Sales Operations Manage all activities in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) with accurate data entry. Track outreach analytics and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved. Collaborate with Marketing for nurturing campaigns and inbound lead follow-up. Collaboration Work with Account Executives to improve lead quality and conversion. Share insights on customer pain points and market trends. Coordinate with Product and Marketing teams for prospect feedback. Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred). 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales (SaaS/Fintech is a plus). Excellent communication—clear spoken English and business writing skills. Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and outbound strategies. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho). Ability to work independently during Night Shift and meet weekly KPIs. A highly coachable, energetic, and persistent personality.
