JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a proactive and driven professional looking to make an impact in a multifaceted role? Optiply is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in the Netherlands!
As an SDR, you will take the lead in cold calling and outbound prospecting while also tackling a wide variety of tasks that help shape our commercial success. You’ll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for potential clients and contribute to multiple areas of our commercial strategy, including event outreach, market insights, and pipeline generation. Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling and outbound prospecting: Actively reaching out to leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Pipeline generation: Creating targeted email campaigns and coordinating outreach for events and industry fairs.
  • Qualifying inbound leads: Ensuring potential clients are a good fit for our solution.
  • Market research & insights: Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
  • CRM and data management: Keeping our systems organized and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Nurturing relationships: Building rapport with prospects and maintaining strong connections over time.
  • Metrics and continuous improvement: Tracking your performance, learning from metrics, and suggesting improvements for outreach strategies.
