Description
You build predictable pipeline for Future Demand by turning relevant outreach into qualified demos. You combine sharp research, clear messaging, and disciplined follow-up to reach marketing decision makers across agencies, in-house teams, promoters and hospitality. Your goal is simple: more high-quality conversations and a higher conversion from first touch to booked demo. Tasks Build and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone (not call-only) Research and segment target accounts, identify the right stakeholders, and tailor outreach to their use case Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book demos with a clear agenda and next steps Collaborate with Marketing on ICP, messaging, sequences, and conversion experiments Keep CRM data clean and current (activities, stages, next steps, lead status) Capture objections and feedback from the market and share it with Product and the commercial team Improve your own process continuously: test, measure, iterate (conversion rates, reply rates, show rates) Requirements 1-3 years experience in outbound sales as an SDR/BDR (B2B SaaS is a plus) Strong written and verbal communication, you can be concise without being generic You are comfortable reaching out to marketing roles and talking about outcomes and KPIs You are process-driven and data-oriented: you track what works and adjust fast Familiarity with paid social or MarTech/AdTech is a plus (Meta, campaign workflows, ROAS, creative testing) You bring energy and resilience without relying on volume alone Fluent English and German Benefits We offer an exciting environment at the interface between IT and entertainment and marketing as part of an ambitious, international and results-orientated team in a young startup.
