  • Minimum qualifications: High School or higher
  • Minimum experience: 5 years+ in a similar position – Experience in the Tours & Attractions Industry is a plus
  • Minimum language skills: German and English on a negotiation level (other languages a plus)

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outbound demand generation:
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email and calls.
  • Engage with leads, qualify responses, and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
  • Promote events and follow up with registrants to assess interest.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign initiatives and provide regular reporting.
  • Meet key performance indicators and contribute to evolving outreach strategies.
  • Lead qualification and handoff:
  • Qualify inbound leads from email, events, web forms, and partner referrals.
  • Handle and close smaller opportunities (deal sizes under $15k).
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions.
  • Data management:
  • Support data cleanup, reporting, and analysis to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Leverage CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to track leads and opportunities.
  • Team collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic, growing company.
  • Be flexible and willing to wear multiple hats to meet team needs.
